Q. What accommodation is available for the trip?
A. As our adventure is running parallel to the annual Ulusses General meeting,
accommodation availability is likely to be limited in some areas. But its about the adventure,
so get your hands on a two man tent or a a swag. Most importantly book your accommodation or tent space well in advance.

Q. Who is organising this ride?
A. This is strictly a social ride. There is no official organiser or sponsor for this event.
The team at Triumph Motorcycles are excited to be embarking on this trip and have simply invited other keen riders to tag along.
Q. What do we do for meals and refreshments?
A. It is important that you plan your stops appropriately and always carry sufficient water.
While it is the outback, there are sufficient shops and stops providing adequate food and water to get you across the Nullarbor well fed and hydrated.
Q. Will there be first aid?
A. It is important that you are completely self sufficient, pack a first aid kit and check with your mobile phone service provider about reception coverage during your trip.

Q. How far is Perth from Port Augusta?
A. Approximately 2500kms
Q. What if I break down?
A. No road side assistance has been organised, be sure to have your bike well looked over by your dealer before you leave.
Enquire with your dealer as to your motorcycles ability to perform for up to 700km+ over 4 to 5 days. It is recommended you travel with freinds.
Q. Where does the ride start?
A. The final staging point will be Port Augusta, where will will depart from at 9am sharp, Thurday 4th March.
However, almost all riders will start from their home towns spreading from Cairns to Hobart, contact your local Triumph dealer to find other local
based riders to begin the journey with.
Q. What time do we depart?
A. 9AM SHARP. Please arrive with your bike fully fueled at least one hour prior to departure.
It is yet to be confirmed but the local community are hoping to host a send off which will give everyone the
opportunity to meet fellow riders and enjoy a cooked breakfast prior to departure.

A. The beauty of this adventure is that we only tell you that date, time and place we leave.

Q. What is the longest distance between fuel stops?
A. The longest stretch is between Norseman and Balladonia, 193km
Q. Is there an option to only ride one way?

Q. How much will bike transport cost?
A. This will vary depending on your bike size, trailer etc. Visit our 'useful links' page to contact the transport companies for a quote
Q. Who can prepare my bike for the trip?

they can service all brands of motorcycle and will be sure to get your bike in 'ship shape' condition.
Q. Who can service my bike on the way?
A. It is strongly recommended that you have your bike serviced prior to leaving your home town.

This is a social ride, all insurance, accommodation, meals, fuel etc is the responsibility of individual participants. All riders participate at their own risk.
